Note: We guarantee the specific make and model reserved. The only exception occurs if the vehicle is unavailable due to an unforeseen accident or mechanical breakdown prior to your arrival. In such rare cases, we will contact you immediately to offer a free upgrade to a superior category or a full refund.
2. Do I need to pay a security deposit for luxury vehicles?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all our premium vehicles. The amount varies depending on the category (e.g., a Mustang requires less than a Lamborghini). This deposit is fully refundable upon the safe return of the vehicle. We process the release immediately after our «Owner-Check» at drop-off to ensure a frictionless experience.

We also deliver to private villas, hotels (like Abama or Bahía del Duque), or any specific location on the island.
